Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is great, the condo was clean and comfortable. A few things stood out that really did impact the comfort of our stay and whether or not we would come back again. We were very disappointed there was not a table and or chairs for the patio, the weather was beautiful, we would have spent a lot of time there, very surprising for a place in Lake Tahoe / Incline Village. The parking was absolutely a nightmare. There are very few parking spaces, we couldn't find one coming back from dinner and had to park two parking lots away, and walk in the pitch black dark back to the condo, this was not very safe in our opinion. The kitchen had a toaster oven that didn't have a proper tray for it, it had one the was too small and it was too dangerous to use and there wasn't a toaster again dish pointing, I think thats's pretty standard for a kitchen. Lastly, the toilet in the hall bathroom would actually flush about every 2-3 flushes, I think a new one may be needed. Again, I will say it was clean, the location was great.

Thank you, Regan, for sharing your thoughts with us. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location and found the condo clean and comfortable. However, we truly appreciate your feedback about the patio furniture, parking situation, kitchen appliances, and the toilet.
It’s disappointing to know that these issues impacted your stay, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. We want every guest to feel at ease and enjoy their time with us, and it’s clear we fell short in a few areas. We’re actively looking into adding patio furniture to enhance the outdoor experience, and we’ll address the parking concerns to ensure our guests feel safe and secure.
Regarding the kitchen appliances and the toilet, we’ll make sure to evaluate those and take the necessary steps to improve them. Your comfort is our priority, and we want to provide a hassle-free experience for everyone who stays with us.
We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future. Thank you again for your valuable insights.
