Updated Condo Close To The Ski Resorts and Lake Tahoe

This is a centrally located, low elevation, close to the lake condo with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, accommodating a max of four people. The spacious bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds, memory foam mattresses, nightstands and one dresser. Both new carpeted bedrooms are located upstairs, along with a full bathroom with whirlpool tub. The bedrooms have ceiling fans plus two portable fans. They are beautiful wood floors throughout the lower level, open floor concept, large slider doors to the spacious deck perfect for grilling, for gatherings. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances, everything you need for a relaxing vacation. There is free Netflix and Youtube Now on all the TVs, both bedrooms and living room.
There is a short walk or drive to a variety of restaurants, shops, bowling, a movie theater, Hyatt Casino, are all within walking distance. Incline Village also has wonderful hiking and biking paths, two great golf courses just minutes away from the condo.
Sand Harbor Beach is close by.
For winter sports fans Diamond Peak Ski Resort is only 5 minutes away by car, Mt. Rose is 20 minutes away, Northstar 25 minutes. Other resorts within a short drive of the condo include heavenly Valley, Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows. There are also plenty of nearby places to cross country ski, snowshoe and sledding.

Great Location in Incline Village

Great place to stay. Close to grocery store, incline beach, and burnt cedar. Short drive to monkey rock trail head and sand harbor state park. We had a great time!

A really nice VERY CLEAN centrally located Incline Condo!

My buddy and I stayed 2 nights to celebrate my birthday and ski a couple days at Diamond Peak. What an AWESOME stay!! We brought our own food and everything we needed was in the condo! The ski resort was a short drive away! I would HIGHLY recommend renting this place.

Close to the lake and the slopes!

The condo is ideally located minutes from the lake and Diamond Peak Resort. The beds are extra comfy, and there are three TVs throughout, not to mention a fully stocked kitchen with all amenities. We would stay again!
