Recently renovated and designed as a luxurious all-suite residence, this 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath penthouse combines refined interiors with unbeatable slope-side convenience.

The open-concept living area showcases modern alpine elegance with European white oak flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, curated artwork, and a striking gas fireplace. Gather for après-ski in the stylish bar area featuring wine and beverage fridges and an ice maker, or relax with the 75” TV, queen sleeper sofa, and remote-controlled blackout curtains.



The sleek contemporary kitchen is beautifully appointed with a full suite of premium appliances, complemented by an elegant dining table that seats 10—perfect for family meals or entertaining.



Each bedroom is a private retreat with a smart TV and humidifier. Two primary suites feature king beds and spa-like en-suite baths, one with a gas fireplace. Two additional king bedrooms each include en-suite baths, while the fifth bedroom offers twin-over-twin bunk beds with its own en-suite. A half bath adds convenience.

We stayed at the canyons Village Lift property and had a spectacular family Ski vacation.! The snow was awesome and our condo home was truly ski in ski out. The process of renting this property was smooth and easy. The condo home was well equipped and had spectacular views.

This was a great home for family ski trip.

The house saved a tough snow ski weekend. The resort closed the lift right by the house the week we got to the house! There was plenty of snow, just got mushy! Bottom line, the house is awesome!

Spring skiing

The location of the condo was fantastic. It was in the village and close to the lift. The mountain had enough terrain for all levels of skiing. The only issue was the electrical in the building. We kept tripping breakers in the main room and bathrooms. After checking prices at other condos, I believe this condo was overpriced by about 4,000. We enjoyed our stay and Park City was wonderful.

Park City Ski Trip Accommodations

We have rented high end homes in Teton Village for years but decided to check out Park City this year. We weren’t disappointed. This top floor condo was as good as anything we have experienced in Jackson Hole. The kitchen is well appointed and spacious- important to us as my sons enjoy cooking. The bedrooms are nice sized and each with their own bathrooms. Great views, and true ski-in, ski-out. My only issue was the large locker still wasn’t big enough to accommodate all our gear, but we were provided with a. 2nd locker.

Beautiful penthouse

Penthouse was amazing and just a short walk to ski lift (lift beside condo not operational but you can ski right down to unit). Canyons village was right there with several dining options and fire pits. Teens really enjoyed the heated pool and spa! and we were able to store our skis/boots at the Lift building where penthouse was located through the Ski Butlers (can also rent from them if needed). Recommend management company provide more info on ski storage we called and messaged several times and no one knew we could store right at building until we got there! Front desk also super helpful for storing bags since we got in early before check-in. We were missing bath towels for everyone in our group and management company brought some over quickly after we called. The penthouse was amazing and we would definitely stay there again! Great time skiing in a gorgeous setting!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would stay away from this rental if you are looking for flexibility. We arrived late on Friday and planned on leaving Tuesday. I was told by the front desk no one was moving into our unit on Tuesday so it should not be a problem getting a noon check out time; but the front desk said they did not manage our unit. Turnkey was not willing to even give us one hour. We had to be out by 10am. We were unable to ski on Tuesday. I would recommend looking at booking with other agency that is more flexible and willing to work with you.

Beautiful, large and welcoming! Had absolutely everything we could need (great, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, large bathroom attached to every room), and many nice surprises (stocked coffee bar, AMAZING blackout curtains!). LOVED our stay and can’t wait to visit again soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is amazing. The condo is very spacious and very clean. It feels very luxurious. It has 5 bedrooms but most importantly 4 of them are king beds with private bathrooms. Then one bunk room with its own bathroom as well. The only issue was that the Sunrise lift next to the complex was not running this year. So it was less of a ski out than advertised. You just had to walk across the canyons village and take the gondola or the orange bubble express. Would have been nice to have the true ski in ski out experience for the cost. Also transportation in the canyons village to Main Street is difficult. Lyfts and Ubers are not that plentiful. This complex should have a complementary shuttle to and from town. Other complexes in the Canyons have this amenity but the Lift Park City does not. The town buses do run until 10 pm but they aren't always on time. The app to track the buses is awful and sometimes you'll wait 20-30 minutes on a bus in the cold. Hard to keep a dinner reservation that way.

Reviewer Comments: Property was beautiful and in five star condition.Unfortunately, in spite of receiving confirmation in writing from property manager this was truly a ski out location it was not. After arrival we learned the “ski-out” lift has not operated in years, per the property staff. I feel mislead and taken advantage of. The management company indicated they understood my frustration and apologized, and “would make a note”, but have yet to take any tangible action to rectify their misleading property description.

Great property, horrible management company

Turnkey management company is doing this property a disservice. This is a great condo but the management company needs to do some maintenance to get the premium price this place commands. First and foremost, the cleaning service was still cleaning at the 4pm check in time. She continued to clean for another hour while we unpacked and settled in. That’s a management mistake. Second, there are several things in the condo that need repair or adjustments. The ice maker at the bar isn’t working, looks like it leaked and damaged the cabinetry so instead of fixing it, they turned it off. The water takes around 5-10 min to heat up. Very long wait for warm, not very hot water. A few of the shower heads spray out the top leaving less water spraying through the shower head. One of the shower doors in a master suite doesn’t close properly. A ceiling door over one of the bedroom’s bathtub was open, leaving a opening for cold air to flow into the bathroom. The list could go on, but you get the point. I would suggest the owners get a new management company for this beautiful place with an excellent location.
