The ground floor level features an open kitchen, living, and dining area with slider door access leading to a paved patio overlooking the mountains. A private gas grill makes this an ideal setting for a backyard barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with updated, stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for easy home cooking and cleanup. Meals can be enjoyed together at the dining table set for four, with an additional two seats available at the breakfast bar.
