Great stay with family, we enjoyed our time. The house is located close to the quaint downtown area of Florence and everything was very cute and clean. We didn't check to see if the home had a grill and really had hoped to do some barbequing to enjoy the wonderful weather outside, our fault for not checking prior to arrival but that would be a huge upgrade to the home and the only thing missing for a 5 star review.

Great house for easy access to Old Town

This house is great for an easy 1/2 mile walk to Old Town where there are great restaurants (try Nosh!) and coffee shops. It was extremely clean and the beds were comfy. Thank you for a great week in Florence.

A quiet spot

Loved the location. Close to Bay St. If it would've had a grill, it would've been much better. Very clean and the hot tub was excellent.

Nice place. Clean. Room for the 4 of us. Hot tub is a nice touch. Kitchen could use a few more pots/pans for cooking. Otherwise, all was good!

Very comfortable and clean property! We would definitely like to stay again. Only one minor issue to be aware of. There seems to be several ants in the upstairs bathroom around the vanity-they just popped up overnight!

Coastal gem!

This home was the perfect place for our family to stay while visiting the Oregon coast. It was so clean, comfortable, and organized. We loved the yard and hot tub. We particularly enjoyed our meals outside at the picnic table. The home is very close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Great location

Just spent the weekend at this property and found it very well located for a stay in Florence. The Rhododendron Festival was going on and we were in easy walking distance to all of the festivities as well as Old Town restaurants. It is well furnished, clean , and has a lovely back yard with a hot tub and privacy fencing. Also the beds are comfortable and the showers have great water pressure. i will definitely go there again.

Cute little house in a great location, overall was a great stay, however there were a few issues.The house was not very clean. Dusty dressers, the kitchen floor was dirty and not cleaned well. In the downstairs bathroom there is what looks like puke on the baseboard with a chunk of something on the floor, clearly not cleaned from a previous guest.There is cute living area upstairs that we could not fully utilize as we noticed the couch leaning and one of the legs was bent.Also, the sheets in one of the beds upstairs did not appear clean and had to be changed before the bed could be slept in. I communicated all of this to management company the next morning after check in and discovery of the issues. I got an automated message that the issues were being looked into, but no other communication until the auto check out message. This trip was all about bonding and being together and it was unfortunate that we could not spend time comfortably in the upstairs living area due to broken furniture.
