You'll be treated to a back deck and a private hot tub set among the pines and passes to the expansive aquatic facility at SHARC. Come home each afternoon to comfortable furnishings, a private main bedroom, and plenty of space for family and friends to spend time together!



This home sits half a mile east of SHARC's indoor/outdoor pools and recreation center, and only a mile's walk or bike ride from great shopping and dining in the Village at Sunriver. When you're not playing tennis or teeing off at one of the resort golf courses, you can take a fun day trip to the High Desert Museum (10 miles north), go beer-tasting in Bend (16 miles north), or hit the slopes of Mt. Bachelor to find a great selection of winter and summer activities (21 miles northwest).
