Boasting an ideal location within steps of local shops, pubs, and restaurants, this restful retreat makes a great getaway for friends, couples, or families. Indulge in tranquil views of the Siuslaw River from the private balcony and spend your day browsing galleries, visiting the Siuslaw Pioneer Museum for a glimpse at the life of Florence's early settlers, or browsing artisan and antique shops. Heceta Beach offers a scenic stretch of beach just five miles north of town. You can even try your luck at clamming or drive an additional six miles north for a visit to the unforgettable Sea Lion Caves. From the condo, it's a two-block walk to the harbor and boardwalk. Plan an evening out with dinner and a show at the Three Rivers Casino, just a couple of minutes northwest of the condo. Florence is also home to many festivals and special events including the Winter Folk Festival in January, the Rhododendron Festival in May, Celebrate Arts! in November, and a special visit from Santa each December.

Have stayed in this complex twice, excellent both times. Extremely convenient to restaurants and shopping. Unit was just offset enough from the other building that we had a perfect view of the marina and Fourth of July Fireworks show. Everything was great and made our visit the best it could have been.

The condo is in desperate need of repairs and cleaning! It was so filthy!! I hated the key combo on the door. I found out our key code was the same as another tenant staying on the property! I will never rent this unit again nor will any of my friends or family that frequently visit florence. Very disappointed.

Did not get our code to the door until an hour and a half after our check-in time. Attempts to reach out throughout the day of check-in were met with AI auto generated responses. Also were never given a unit number, just a general address for the complex itself. So after waiting for the code, I then I had to call, go through several touch tones before finally getting through to someone to get the unit number. The place itself is fine. As long as everyone wakes up at the same time. The stairs are extremely noisy.

The biggest issue was all the stairs. Nowhere in the description did we see there is a flight of stairs to the main floor and another flight to the bedrooms. I would not have booked the condo if I was aware of that. My spouse is disabled and I'm in recovery from a back procedure. It was very uncomfortable for us. The condo was located close to old town and the marina which we enjoyed. The walkability is great. The Condo was comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. It was clean except the floor was definitely not. After walking around with no shoes on, my feet were filthy. Wearing socks was too slippery on the steps.Yes, I would recommend this condo if stairs aren't an issue but it could be a challenge with small children too.
