The location is great! Quick walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. It was nice to have access to beach chairs and sand toys. Plenty of towels and blankets on hand. There is a coffee pot, but no coffee, so pack some of you need caffeine before the coffee shop opens. If you have littles or very light sleepers might be a little too close to the "night life". Curtains on the downstairs windows would be a nice addition for feeling comfortable after dark. We asked the host for a one hour late checkout due to medical needs, but they declined to make that accomodation.
