The Space:

*Please read our important pool heat information to help you have the best vacation possible!*

This property has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee of $69/night. You MUST notify management at least seven days in advance of your arrival if you would like to purchase pool heat.  If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool will not be able to maintain a warmer temperature.  If the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will NOT be given. 



Enjoy the tropical landscape and the first floor elevated balcony ocean views, which span the entire width of this dog-friendly home. Have a day at the private pool and a BBQ in the large backyard. Take a break from the sun in a poolside lounge chair underneath the beach umbrella.



Take a leisurely stroll to the waterfront where the coastal waters are popular with swimmers and surfers alike. Take a walk along the Folly Field Beach Park boardwalk and witness amazing sunrises or sunsets. Less than one mile away from the home, indulge in a quick bike ride to nearby Chaplin Park and play a few matches on the six public tennis courts, which feature after-dark lighting.



In the evening, relax and soothe tired muscles in the master bathroom jet tub. The upstairs sleeping arrangements feature access to private decks. Plan the next day's activities while enjoying the latest movie on one of the entertainment centers located in the living room and bedrooms, which boast cable-equipped 41-inch flatscreen TVs. Lounge in the comfortable living room or adjoining porch with your favorite beverage while connecting with friends via the free Wi-Fi service. Dogs are invited with an additional pet fee.

Overall we were very happy with our week stay at this property. Was exactly as pictured and was clean upon check in. There were two tubs of pool floats and toys and a beach chair or two, that was helpful to have access to during our stay. The only negative was that the beach path gate code we were given did not work, reached out to property company noting this and did not hear back. There are accesses off the back yard so gate is not totally necessary. Otherwise our family of 10 plus our two dogs really enjoyed our stay and would rent here again!

This home was wonderful. Our family of 11 plus one dog stayed for a week. The walk to the beach is short and picturesque. The pool was warm and inviting and it was conveniently located to many amenities. The best was waking up and seeing the ocean from the bedroom windows.
