We really enjoyed this place for our two- night stay. We appreciated that it was right on the beach and we could walk there each day. We cannot understand why we have to drive out of our way to go pick up the parking pass. It seems like they should be able to leave it in a more convenient place for us. our condo was great and well equipped. We will definitely stay here again.

There were no curtains on the Master bedroom door. You could see right in our room, which made it very uncomfortable for the other couple that stayed with us. They had to stay in their room till we got up and dressed pretty much unexpectedable. The walls in the shower need to be fixed, it is peeling off. All electrical outlets need to be updated. The check in was very easy, but a had to call at 4 because I never received my code to get in the room.

The check in process did not go smoothly at all. We were instructed to go to a different location to pick up our parking pass only to arrive at the gate and then instructed to go back to the front of property for them to scan the paper to get the actual parking pass. The paper copy was only the first step. This was not explained initially at all. The resort was very nice however the unit was older and dated. Not worth the money spent. The gate code to the beach access that was provided at check in did not work. Mary was very responsive however but provided two more codes that we had to figure out which one worked. Beds were comfortable but upon arrival the master blinds were broke and only closed half way. Had to put a sheet over the sliding window door for privacy. I looked out to see a gentleman across the balcony looking straight into the room. Would stay at this resort again just not this unit.

First, let me say that the entire process was incredibly smooth, and the communication was outstanding from start to finish. Everything leading up to and during our stay was easy and well handled.Pros: The location and ocean view are amazing. The property itself is beautiful, and the pools are great. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub, and gym. There is a lot to like about the property and its amenities.Cons: The condo itself definitely needs some updating and attention. The master bedroom has French glass-pane doors with no curtains or coverings, so there is zero privacy. The master bathroom had peeling paint, the master bedroom carpet was noticeably dirty, and one of the sliding glass doors did not open at all. The sliders leading out to the patio were also extremely difficult to open.Overall: I would absolutely stay at this property again, but I would not choose this particular condo. At roughly 450 per night, I expected the unit itself to be better maintained and in better condition. The location, views, amenities, and excellent communication made the overall experience enjoyable, but the condition of the condo didn't quite match the price point.
