"Villa Celia" is located directly on Sellin’s main boulevard—Wilhelmstraße—and just about 200 metres from the white Baltic Sea beach and the pier in Sellin. The historic seaside resort-style villa was extensively renovated in 2017 and features thirteen high-quality, comfortably furnished apartments for two to four people (one bedroom) or two to six people (two bedrooms). All apartments feature at least one balcony, loggia, or terrace.

The beautiful four-room holiday apartment No. 13, measuring 132 m² and accommodating up to 8 guests, is located on the 3rd floor (top floor) and features the following furnishings and amenities:

Important information regarding parking reservations: A maximum of one parking space per apartment can be reserved per day exclusively by phone at +49 (0) 38303–95635 (business hours: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) through the on-site management office. Parking reservations cannot be made via email, as a brief consultation regarding the vehicle type is required. Since there are only 8 parking spaces for 13 apartments due to the building’s layout, not every guest can be guaranteed a parking space during periods of high occupancy.
