I have no issues with the property itself. All my issues are with the host. 1. I'm aware check in isn't until 4:00, but the place was ready prior to 3:15. I was standing outside the place and nobody came out. I didn't get my code until 4:00 pm despite inquiring about it & noting I was at the property & it was clean & empty.2. I was given an incorrect code to access the pool. I called & got two more codes that didn't work. I had to get a code from another guest. UNACCEPTABLE!3. The bathtub in the 2nd bathroom drained so slowly that everyone was standing in everyone else's shower water.! did not report this. However, this should be checked when the place is cleaned. On day one my husband pulled a clump of hair out of the drain that was not any of ours.GROSS! It still barely drained after that.4. The large vent on the wall outside the2nd bedroom was filthy. This should've been cleaned before we got there. 5. I put in a call for a chirping hard wired smoke detector one evening. I quickly got a call back, but nobody came to fix it until the next morning despite me calling again to explain that it was disturbing sleep.6. On day five we had a lot of bugs. I put in a request to have the place sprayed, & was told I would get a call with an ETA. We stayed away for hours waiting for a call only to find out they came and went without any notification. I am grateful they came, but I was never notified like I was told.Owners you should get a different host.

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience delays with check-in and access codes, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will review our communication processes to ensure that future guests receive timely information. Regarding the slow drainage in the second bathroom, we take maintenance concerns seriously and will address this with our cleaning team to ensure it is checked thoroughly before each guest's arrival. We also appreciate your note about the vent and will ensure it is cleaned regularly. We regret that the smoke detector issue was not resolved promptly and that you experienced disturbances during your stay. We strive to respond quickly to all maintenance requests, and we will work on improving our response times. Lastly, we’re glad that pest control was able to address the bug issue, but we apologize for the lack of communication regarding their visit. We will ensure that our team provides better updates in the future. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will use it to improve our hosting practices. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you will consider giving us another chance in the future.
