The house is newer and modernized . Kitchen has all new high end Viking appliances. Host is easy to communicate with and very attentive. We only had one minor issue upon arriving but the Host was on it and had it resolved within 30 minutes. House is fantastic in so many ways , However for some people may not like being the first house next to HWY 1 so the truck engine brakes and cars can be bothersome to some people. The 2 car garage is fantastic, however if you have a truck or large SUV you will not fit into garage but there is a couple parking spots outside.
