The house is located 5 miles north of Ensenada and 15 miles to El Valle de Guadalupe (wine country). And 60 miles south of the border with San Diego California. The whole house has been recently remodeled with a state of art spacious kitchen, wine refrigerators, professional stove and subzero refrigerators. Italian floors, marble tops and just the best of the best. Downstairs you have an equipped office, two living rooms, kitchen, deck with a pizza oven, laundry room and half bath. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed, full baths, a jetted bathtub, plus a cozy living room featuring a sofa for an extra guest. The house offers an enclosed car garage, a big patio and secure system throughout the property. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or an extended stay, this fantastic house provides an unforgettable and welcoming retreat!
