Vacation apartment - Holiday apartment Lisa

• Rentals to construction workers are not permitted.
• For bookings made by construction workers, a security deposit of one thousand euros is due before moving into the apartment; this will be refunded upon proper handover at the end of the rental period.
The holiday rental is located in a detached single-family home at the end of the Helmeskamp cul-de-sac. It was completed and newly furnished in 2015.
The bright and comfortably furnished 75m² holiday rental offers plenty of space for 2 to 6 people.
A free parking space is available for the holiday rental.

Use of the washing machine and dryer is available for an additional fee.

In the separate and well-equipped kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals. A cosy dining area invites you to linger.



In the 23-square-meter living room with satellite TV and a sofa bed, you can sit back and relax, while your little ones can play to their heart’s content in the play corner. Two additional beds can be quickly set up using the sofa.



The bright bedroom promises sweet dreams. It features a double bed, a cot, and plenty of storage space in the closet. Another bedroom contains two more beds and a closet.



In the modern bathroom with a walk-in wellness shower, toilet, and spacious sink, you’ll feel right at home first thing in the morning; a separate guest bathroom is also available.
