Located just 300 metres from the beach on the lake side, this first-floor apartment in the Berolina building invites you to relax and unwind.

This bright and lovingly furnished holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of Building D in the Berolina apartment complex.

The apartment measures 45 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The combined living and sleeping area features a comfortable double bed (2x80x200), a cosy corner sofa, and a flat-screen TV. The living area is always bright and filled with natural light thanks to the large windows. From the living area, you can access the balcony. An insect screen has been installed on the door to keep unwanted little visitors (insects) out of the apartment. There is also a separate bedroom with two single beds (80x200) and another flat-screen TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. You can enjoy the sunset on the west-facing, furnished balcony. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.

The 8 x 15 m heated indoor pool, which is available exclusively and free of charge to hotel guests, can be accessed directly via the lift. The lift also takes you to the three rooftop terraces, which offer stunning views of the sea and the countryside. The solarium in the indoor pool is also available for a fee.


Parking, Bicycles, and Laundry:
-This apartment includes a reserved outdoor parking space for your use.
-You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement storage rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B.
In addition, the building has communal laundry rooms with washing machines (€1.00 coins) and dryers (€0.50 coins).

Bedding & Towels:
The linen package can be booked for an additional fee per person and includes:
1 x pillowcase, 1 x duvet cover, 1 x flat sheet, 1 x bath towel, 2 x small hand towels, 1 x shower mat, and 1 x tea towel per 2 people.

Pets:
1 dog is allowed here for a fee.

Location:
The Baltic Sea resort of Dahme, with its 6.5 km long fine-sand beach, is located on the Bay of Lübeck between Grömitz and the island of Fehmarn.

Dahme is situated in Germany’s sunniest region, with approximately 2,000 hours of sunshine.

The 1.5-kilometer-long promenade, lined with shops and ice cream parlours, is perfect for a leisurely stroll. The newly created Baltic Sea Lounge, complete with palm trees, is the perfect way to round off a wonderful day on holiday.

If you walk along the beach, you’ll reach the unspoiled dune landscape to the north, where you can swim, and the cliffs to the south, which feature bird sanctuaries.
The surrounding area, with its numerous biking and hiking trails, also offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities.

For children and the young at heart, there are plenty of options besides the long beach that slopes gently into the water—such as playgrounds, a skate park, children’s activities, a kids’ harbour, a streetball court, a surf school, mini-golf, a bounce house, and much more—to enjoy a wonderful time.

Of course, you can also simply lie on the beach, go swimming, and relax.
