Sehr schöne Doppelhaushälfte in guter Wohnlage, es kann bei Vollbesetzung aller Häuser rundum - je nach Publikum- auch mal lauter werden. Die Einrichtung ist insgesamt modern und eher hochwertig. Kleinere Dinge könnten besser sein, wie z.B. weniger voluminöse Kopfkissen, ein paar Bilder an der Wand etwas mehr Deco sowie Sofakissen. So kommt das Haus recht unpersönlich rüber. Im Preis- Leistungsvergleich deshalb einen Abzug. Nicht gut war auch die unterlassene Mitteilung der Unterbrechung der kompletten Wasserversorgung für mehrere Stunden. Die Hausverwaltung war wohl informiert, hat die Nachricht aber nicht weitergeleitet. Eine Sonnenliege oder Sitzpolster für die Aussenstühle wären wünschenswert gewesen.
