L’appartamento fa parte di un complesso di tre palazzine a terrazza di circa una cinquantina di unità abitative. Esternamente è datato, la piscina interna non era agibile, la lavatrice e asciugatrice sono comunitari, i cassonetti della spazzatura erano pieni quando siamo arrivati e dopo cinque giorni lo erano ancora di più, nessuno è mai venuto a ritirarli. L’appartamento era ben tenuto e pulito a parte il terrazzo. Era composto da ingresso con cucina penisola forno a microonde e frigorifero, letto matrimoniale, il bagno con doccia
