Super Lage, schade nur …

Als Ausgangspunkt in Zingst (z.B. Nähe Seebrücke, Flaniermeile, …) und Umgebung super gelegen. Haus und Grundstück selbst gut (Größe, Parkplätze, Fahrradeabstellmöglichkeit, Terrasse etc.). Schade war nur, dass das Objekt trotz regelmäßiger Vermietung in puncto Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig ließ (z.B. dicke Staubablagen auf auf den allgemeineren Gebrauchsgegenständen wie Schränken etc. sowie allen Accessoires, Spinnweben in vielen Bereichen, im Erdgeschoss unangenehmer Geruch). Nichts desto trotz ein schöner Frühsommerurlaub an der Ostsee.
