Loved the home interior. Very clean and welcoming. The exterior was very dirty. We cleaned both decks with Lysol and brooms. The Fire Pit area is overgrown . Not certain whose responsibility it is to clean exterior . The second floor door to exit needs handle replaced. It falls out when you open the door. While recognizing it is a lake front property, the exterior could do with some extra looking after . All in all, Lovely home , great neighborhood. Thank you

Pet friendly huge bonus. Lovely updated old charm home right on the lake. Had 4 adults and 4 kids(16 to 6) in the home, so had plenty of space for us all. Steps down where nice, need to finish the cleanup and additional fasteners but getting in and out of the lake isn't too bad. Has amazing views from second floor deck and lower was great to have all of us sitting outside. Will stay again for sure

The house was not clean. The toilet had dried urine on the seat and toilet bowl was dirty. Floors were not clean. And there was dirty dishes in the kitchen and a load of wet towels in the dryer. I did let the owner know about the uncleanliness and he was apologetic and responsive. But it made me very uncomfortable while we were there. The property listing showed A/C and a king sized bed at the house. It was very vague about where it was, but said it was there. It was not. And only the 2nd floor of property was air conditioned. The major disappointment came when we found 6 lindor truffles scattered about in the second bedroom. On the floor. We traveled with our dog and this could have ended very badly for us. At that point I couldnt wait to leave.
