If you want peace and quiet, this is it.. Very nice for families with children. The creek is awesome entertainment for them.. and the covered back porch and hot tub is great for the parents. . Definitely recommend…

We had an amazing stay at this sweet little cabin. We booked last minute and Mary was quickly responsive and wonderful! The cabin was perfect and the stretch of the creek we had to ourselves was a dream for my 6 and 12 year olds. We didn’t have to venture far from the cabin, we had everything we needed and will definitely be back! Thanks to Mary and the town of Frankfort for a great getaway!

The property and house was gorgeous! Very peaceful and relaxing. Location is great if you are there for Bourbon Tours. The hot tub was a nice surprise since I didn't see it listed when I first booked. Highly recommend this property! Mary Ann was easy to get a hold of and friendly.

Amazing place! Was perfect spot to host family for graduation and for bourbon trail excursions. The stream made for perfect spot for morning coffee and evening bourbon sips. Tons of wildlife, great amenities. I’ll be back!

This property was just what we were looking for. The cabin was very modern, and had everything we needed. The place was very secluded by a creek running behind and a very spacious deck. The creek was very pristine, and there was always deer and turkeys in the field behind us. It was very quite there with a private lane to the cabin. I would return there if we make the trip to Frankfort. It was also very close to many distilleries on the bourbon trail which is what we were there for. Mary was very nice and always answered any questions.

Wow! That is the best way to explain this place. Beds were extremely comfortable. The porch view of the creek is so relaxing and peaceful. The decor and layout of the whole place is perfection. We didn’t want to leave. We fished, sat in the hot tub and would have hung out on the porch a bit more had it not been 90 degrees while we were there. So we took advantage of the morning and evenings when then temps came down a bit. If it had been in the 70’s I might have slept out there. Absolutely gorgeous! Highly recommend!

My husband and I purchased this land in 2024, and I fell in love with it right away. It reminded me of the place where I grew up, with a creek and lots of nature around. I knew right away that I wanted to build a home here so we could enjoy the place more often. I call it my "Happy Place," and it truly is. I realized that this is exactly the type of place we'd want to rent when we vacationed and I figured… why keep all of this to ourselves. So here we are! I hope you enjoy your stay here as much as we do.
