This open concept house has been recently renovated with new kitchen, bathroom and electric fireplace! This home has plenty of space to park multiple cars and boat trailers.

You have access to the Bridge to Bay trail.

This rental allows access to 4 bikes.

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please put used towels in the shower. Remove trash and any leftover food, place inside the black trash bin.

Please turn the heat to 55 or the air conditioning to 78. Turn off all lights. Make sure both doors lock as you leave.

Check and make sure you have collected all of your personal belongings, including phone chargers.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
