With 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath and over 2500 sq ft of living space it is a comfortable and accommodating vacation retreat. Its multi-level design and open floor plan kitchen/living area offers the ideal space for celebration and peace and quiet alike.
Being on the water carries the responsibility of utilizing the location to its fullest and this house delivers. The front deck overlooks a spacious courtyard where beach chairs may rest for the evening or birds pass through to stop for a drink. Down the path you go and it’s like the world opens up to our magical place. Floating docks, layered decks and paver patios create an oasis that anyone can enjoy. As if that’s not enough this sanctuary is equipped with a fire pit, an oversized hot tub, an outdoor shower, room to launch kayaks and paddle boards and so much more.
