Lovely home that has a lot of potential but needs attention.We stayed here for 7 days while in town for a 12U baseball tournament. The location was excellent, the neighborhood felt safe, and the home was conveniently located near many attractions and restaurants.The reason I'm giving this home 3 stars is because of the cleanliness and maintenance issues, many of which could be easily addressed.The home is in need of a thorough deep cleaning. We normally don't wear shoes indoors, but after walking around in socks, the bottoms were completely black and covered with dog hair (we were not traveling with a pet). The master shower had noticeable mildew in several areas, along with visible human hair. The blinds were difficult to open and had a significant buildup of dust, and the ceiling vents and return air duct also needed cleaning. There were also several maintenance concerns. The refrigerator's ice maker and water dispenser were not working, and the countertop ice machine contained visible mold. The laminate flooring in the family room was severely bubbling and lifting. The foosball table was missing parts, and while a new microwave had been installed, the old one was still sitting on the counter.I reported several of these issues to the property contact, and while they were responsive, we ended up handling some of the cleaning ourselves so we could comfortably enjoy our stay.Overall, this home is in a great location and has a lot to offer, it requires attention.
