This approximately 48-square-meter 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor and is easily accessible by lift.
In the living room, you’ll find an upholstered sofa bed (1.30 x 1.50 m), a coffee table, a Smart TV, and a Bose sound system. The built-in sleeping alcove features a cosy double bed (1.40 x 2 m / large mattress), and the separate bedroom has two single beds. This room has a window and a door.
The built-in kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, perfect for dining at the dining table right next to it.
The renovated bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, and towel warmer. The bathroom is complemented by new underfloor heating.
The sauna in the building can be used free of charge during certain hours. Washing machine and dryer available for a fee. A lockable bicycle storage room and a surfboard storage room are available.
From May 1 through September 15, a beach chair is available to you at the “Stephan” beach chair rental.
Use of parking space 114 is included; access is via “Ostseestraße.” Smoking and pets are not permitted in this apartment. We ask that you please observe these rules!
