Step out onto the private balcony and enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The resort offers fantastic amenities, including multiple pools, hot tubs, a poolside bar and grill, and direct beach access. Just minutes from great dining, shopping, and more!

Guests are generously provided a starter kit of amenities to get them through their first 24-48 hours until they've had time to get to the store to retrieve remaining necessities for their stay. That includes:

2 kitchen trash can liners
2 dishwasher pods
2 laundry detergent pods
1 full roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 full roll of paper towels
1 set of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bar of soap per bathroom

All other desired amenities are the responsibility of the guest.

Good room just had a bad experience communicating the things that needed attention....2 inches of mildew on shower curtain and 1 of the 2 sliding doors was so hard to shut and to be pushed over or wedged at times to lock but I was told...It's a hurricane door they are hard and that shower curtain was replaced by the owner when he was there in March...But yet we managed but no 5stars for this unit or host from us sorry

This is false. This guest was informed that WE, the LOCAL management team, changed the shower curtain liner out less than a month ago, but would bring another out if this guest needed us to. This guest initially called freaking out about someone putting up their tent or umbrella in front of the beach chairs that are provided by a third party vendor, and that we have no control over. He started talking about how much he paid for this place and how he'd take this up in a review, then started naming off other items we were able to disprove with date and time stamped pictures of the cleaning that we sent to him via VRBO messages to document timeline. We then realized this guest was trying to extort us for money off in exchange for a good review. When offered to remediate any issues he had, he got belligerent with the host, calling her names and said he didn't want anyone to come out while they were there. We told him he didn't have to be there for us to change out. He still insisted we not come. We would not rent to this guest again. These are the kind of people that completely ruin your 5 star streak because they have buyers remorse, and we take our reputation very seriously.

The view is amazing!! The Condo is setup nicely and the host responded promptly when I contacted her (tried to extend our stay). We are a family of three and we had enough room (the pull out sofa is comfortable). Sharing a bathroom was difficult at times but we made it work. I did suggests having an air fryer would have been nice and it’s totally my fault for not checking to see if one was listed in the kitchen items. I have a picky eater and popping some mozzarella sticks or nuggets in an air fryer is much quicker than baking in the oven. The pools are amazing and the hangout tiki bar has awesome food and beverages. LBR is a wonderful place to stay and we really enjoyed this unit and the pleasant hosts.
