The property was well cared for and comfortable. I communicated a few times with Jerry and he was always quick to respond and very helpful. We had no problems, but I felt confident that if we did, Jerry would have responded quickly to resolve issues. Highly recommend this property!

This is a beautiful property and Jerry is a wonderful, super responsive host. The loft is immaculate and very comfortably furnished. I loved having garaged parking, and the ability to walk to countless restaurants and bars. We feel most fortunate to have found this gem!!

Sweet 1-bd loft, clean and in a great location, especially if you like Italian restaurants. Garage parking is a bonus, and the washer/dryer; also the workout room. Very convenient.

Superb apartment with excellent air conditioning. Great location close to good bars and restaurant in Atwell avenue . Jerry was amazing re the information as well . We will be back to both Providence and the apartments.
