Clean and spacious area. Beautiful resort. The golf cart definitely is a key factor with beach and resort commute. Would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful Sandestin Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Property Needs Attention

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time visiting Destin and booking through Russell Vacation Rentals. Our first experience was amazing—the rental was outstanding—which made this stay even more disappointing.The property needs significant attention, particularly when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance. The toilet seat in the master bathroom was disgusting and needs to be replaced. There is no fan in the master bathroom, and the bathroom door does not close properly. The sliding door from the master bedroom to the patio is extremely difficult to open, as is the sliding door from the living room. The sofas were filthy and needed to be professionally cleaned, along with the drapes.We also did not receive the beach essentials that we thought were to be included with the rental, and the golf cart did not operate well.

Lake view is nice.-Dryer continues to kick off. Will need to flip breaker to turn back on.-Ice maker does not work.-Freezer is cold sometimes but does not remain cold.-Strange smell in unit upon arrival that lingered throughout stay.-Master bedroom tv does not work.
