Our cosy 84-square-meter holiday rental, designed in a maritime country house style with exclusive amenities, is located on the ground floor and features a private parking space right outside the front door. The apartment features a spacious living area with an integrated, high-end kitchenette and a comfortable dining area. A total of two terraces and a small private garden surrounded by fruit trees invite you to relax. You’ll find two bright, spacious bedrooms (including a high-quality box-spring bed) that can accommodate 2 to a maximum of 5 people. Our spacious bathroom features a large walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a toilet. For our younger guests, a cot, high chair, and separate children’s tableware are provided. You’re also welcome to bring a dog.
The property was completed in 2018 and is located in the second row, in a quiet area yet absolutely central and very close to the beach.
The apartment is at ground level, barrier-free, and 100% wheelchair-accessible and senior-friendly (e.g., wider interior doors)! New Wi-Fi starting in 2021!

Bed linens and towels can be booked as a package for €25.00 per person.

Dogs are welcome, provided they have a shoulder height of 40 cm.
A dog cleaning fee of €50.00 applies per dog. 
Large dogs by request!

You’ll receive the keys directly on-site at our office,
Room reservation service “Twins”; the address is Parking Lot 7b in 18230 Rerik.
The local tourist tax must be paid on-site in cash only.
