Windmark Beach also features charming coastal cottages and a boardwalk that meanders along the shoreline, making it a peaceful retreat for those seeking a slower pace and a connection with nature.


PET FRIENDLY
We welcome one dog weighing under 30 pounds to stay in this home. An additional non-refundable pet fee is collected after booking. Any damage caused by pets will incur a minimum fee of $350.


NOTE: Bikes and Beach Chairs are provided for your enjoyment during your stay. These items are offered as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. If any item is missing or non-functional, no refunds or compensation will be provided.


INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.


E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.
