My partner John and I also spend a lot of time up on the Maine Coast, where we have a second home, so we like to see our Portsmouth house getting used by people who will enjoy it

Why they chose this property
When I say location, location, I mean it! Downtown is less than ten minutes walk, groceries are just a few blocks away as well. The back garden is a true oasis and it’s not uncommon to catch us out there enjoying a cocktail and music!
What makes this property unique
Our neighbor hood is filled with classic New England homes, with small, formal rooms with a very closed-in feel. My house only looks like a New Englander, inside reveals a modern aesthetic which really lifts the spirit! The large rear facing windows turn the outdoor patio and garden into another living area of the house, almost bringing the outside in!
