This tastefully furnished, very bright holiday rental faces southwest. It’s located on the ground floor and sleeps 4 people. The apartment is ideal for a young family with up to two children; a high chair is available. It’s also easily accessible with a walker. The shower has a roll-in design, so seniors will feel very comfortable here as well.
The holiday rental is located close to the town centre in a quiet area within a well-established and beautiful community. It’s less than 300 metres to the wellness centre, which features an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and various treatment options. Behind it, you’ll find a mini-golf course and a large children’s playground. A shopping centre with an Edeka supermarket, bakery, and pharmacy is just a few steps away. It’s barely five minutes to the picturesque harbour and the centre of Greetsiel—
The apartment is surrounded on the south and west sides by a spacious garden. It’s completely fenced in, so even the youngest children can play in the garden without getting lost. The furnished, sunny terrace is perfect for dining and relaxing outdoors.

The floors are tiled and feature comfortable underfloor heating throughout. The cosy living/dining area of the holiday rental features a stylish built-in kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, exhaust hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, hand mixer, and plenty of dishes. A TV with a DVD player and CD radio is available in the living area, and reading material and board games are also provided.

The apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed; the other has two single beds and a second TV. Both rooms can be darkened with exterior shutters.
The beautiful bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet, a washing machine, and a hair dryer. A guest bathroom serves as a second, separate toilet.
A storage shed with an electrical socket—for example, for charging electric bicycles—and a parking space are available to guests free of charge.

The surrounding dike landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the holiday rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing holidays.
