This new, tastefully and modernly furnished ground-floor, non-smoking holiday apartment for 4 people offers you the perfect holiday on the Greetsiel Sieltief with direct access to the water.
The spacious living-dining area with a beautiful bay window (featuring privacy pleated shades and curtains) leaves nothing to be desired: The high-quality kitchen features an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker + Senseo, egg cooker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, and much more. For guests who’d like to enjoy East Frisian hospitality with a cup of tea, a complete tea set is provided.
The adjoining living area is furnished with a cosy corner couch and the latest entertainment electronics, such as a large satellite TV, internet radio, and USB ports. Board games ensure hours of fun.
From here, you have direct access to the sunny, furnished terrace with additional sun loungers, a parasol, and a grill.
There are 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) with a closet and an additional TV.
A beautiful, comfortable bathroom (shower with a low threshold) featuring a towel warmer and a hair dryer ensures your comfort. The additional guest bathroom is very convenient. A washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board are also provided.

The “Sielperle” is fully equipped with vinyl flooring and underfloor heating; all windows have fly screens and privacy protection (pleated blinds and curtains), and the bedroom has blackout blinds. Smoke detectors are installed for your safety.

A high chair and a travel cot are available free of charge for our younger guests.
A garden shed is available for your bicycles (with a power outlet for e-bikes). Fishing gear is also provided (fishing is permitted only with a valid fishing licence).
Each apartment comes with a parking space!

Pets are not allowed.

If you need more space, the accommodation Dina am Siel, Dornröschen, Kommewieder, and Meerzeit are located in the same building.

The holiday rental is located in the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel, one of the most popular holiday destinations on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Centrally located yet quiet, the historic harbour with its crab fishing boats, the famous twin windmills, and charming cafés, restaurants, and small shops are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding dyke landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the holiday rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing holidays.
