The family apartment “Haus Seehuber” (ground floor, approx. 70 m²) is located in a quiet area with a large, beautiful garden and pasture (2 horses on the property) in the centre of Truchtlaching. This means you have the advantage of being able to use all the local amenities here, such as EDEKA, a bakery, a butcher shop, an authentic Bavarian restaurant right on the Alz with a beer garden, a pizzeria, a brewery with a restaurant, the Alzbad, and much more. You can reach all of these quickly and easily on foot within a radius of just a few 100-200 m.<br><br>You don’t need a car for this! !!!!!!!!!<br><br>Also great: thanks to the thick walls, the apartment stays comfortably cool even in the height of summer or during very high temperatures.<br><br>Truchtlaching is nestled in the beautiful “Alztal” landscape conservation area. Whether you’re looking to enjoy peace and nature or active relaxation and leisure on the water or in the mountains, this is the place for you. <br>You’ll spend your holiday in Germany’s most beautiful landscape on the edge of the Alps, between Chiemsee and the Alz. The Alz flows right through Truchtlaching—less than 200 metres from us. Here, on the riverbank, you’ll find not only the outdoor pool with a spacious garden (free admission) but also a traditional Bavarian restaurant (recently renovated) with a lovely beer garden under shady chestnut trees.<br><br>Another attraction in town (just a few minutes’ walk from us) is our brewery, “Camba Bavaria.” Try up to 30 different types of beer while sitting in the cosy guest room overlooking the brewing kettle (or on the terrace overlooking the Alz). Enjoy delicious Bavarian specialities (e.g., crispy pork knuckle, hearty roast pork, etc.). At the Camba gift shop, you’ll find a wide variety of beers and popular souvenirs, such as beer mugs, bags, T-shirts, gift baskets, and more.<br><br>Want to try different types of beer? Then simply order a “tasting set,” which includes 5 different varieties, each 0.2 litres. Or just sign up for a beer tasting (every Monday at 6:30 p.m.).
