Above Ovada, outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Ovada, in an elevated position on top of a hill, residential area (villas), 40 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 1 ha, garden (not fenced), meadow, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, shopping centre 5 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Arenzano" 40 km. Nearby attractions: Genua 50 km, Portofino 70 km, Alba 80 km, Mailand 100 km. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. Animals in the neighbourhood.
