This newly renovated two story townhouse is optimized to be incredibly spacious!
By staying here, you will enjoy incredibly comfortable beds, large patio area, and TVs in all bedrooms!
You will have access to immensely fast WiFi and will be able to use the 2 car garage!

No need for keys when entering! You will be given a code to the door that will be valid throughout your stay!

I’m super accessible! If you need anything, I will make myself available ASAP! I usually respond within 10-15 minutes!

The neighborhood is safe and quiet!
You have a whataburger within walking distance. There is also a park with basketball courts and running room close by as well!
The closest grocery store is less than 5 minutes from you, HEB plus!

Guests will have full access to the townhouse except for the balcony and two storage rooms

The Southside is growing exponentially, so with that growth comes great food, easy drives to the beach, and easy drives to downtown. The best part of the Southside is that you are not far from anything because it is centrally located!
