Quiet vacation apartment with a view of the garden

This small, cosy holiday apartment on the ground floor is approximately 38 square metres: The bedroom, which features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), is about 11 square metres and overlooks the garden. In addition to the bed, there is space in the bedroom for a travel cot (please bring your own) or a rollaway bed for smaller children (can be provided). Please feel free to contact us for a customised solution. The living room, which has a TV, offers a third sleeping option on the couch (0.90 x 1.90 m). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need in a holiday rental: stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc., and a seating area. The bathroom with a shower (80x80) and toilet has a window. All windows have blinds and fly screens. Free use of the separate guest Wi-Fi. Since the apartment does not have a balcony, you are of course welcome to use the patio and garden outside (seating and sun loungers are available). Pets/dogs (including multiple pets) are allowed in this apartment (for a fee). Please notify us in advance. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Smokers are asked to use the terrace. Otherwise, please exercise extra caution due to the property’s location in the woods and the storage of hay on the premises. If you have any questions about the apartment, please feel free to contact us. The Napoleon holiday home is literally located in the middle of nowhere. It’s in the small hamlet of Arnstein, part of the climatic health resort of Waldmünchen. Arnstein is located about 4 km from Waldmünchen and is a mountain village with fewer than 15 houses, surrounded by plenty of forest and a meadow. Despite its idyllic forest setting, it offers a beautiful panoramic view, as Arnstein is situated on a mountain. This also explains our best holiday feature: PEACE AND QUIET! Very little car traffic during the day, as there is no through traffic (it’s a dead-end road), and absolute silence at night—only the calls of owls, foxes, or deer can be heard. We currently have several cats, two dogs, and two ponies living with us. You can go for walks and hikes right from the house, even across the border. In addition, the Waldmünchen holiday region and its surroundings offer numerous opportunities to discover the idyllic natural landscape and a wide variety of recreational activities. Note about New Year’s Eve: Traditionally, it’s very quiet in our village on New Year’s Eve. Since we do not set off fireworks ourselves—especially out of consideration for our animals—we would like to make this time available to guests who also wish to spend a relaxed and quiet New Year’s Eve. Please note that we cannot influence the behaviour of our neighbors and therefore cannot guarantee complete silence. The deposit is 20% of the total accommodation cost. Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Check-out is available between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Up to 2 large or 3 small dogs are allowed for a total fee of 20 EUR per stay. A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request. An extra bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
