County estate located only one mile from Leoness Cellars and minutes to the rest of the Wineries! Private Vineyards on site, makes it great for pictures! Home is 4200 square feet of living space with 5 bedroom and 3 full baths. Large kitchen with plenty of seating in the breakfast area and dinning area.

~We care about being outstanding members of the communities we live in. Please note that per our house rules and local city ordinance, occupancy limits and quiet hours are strictly enforced. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the County may result in a fine, forfeiture of security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction.
Free Solar Pool heating available when weather permits, usually April thru October; Pool water temperature set to 82 degrees. You do have the option to heat pool with propane gas, which will cost extra (cost depends on outdoor temperature and desired pool water temperature.
Jacuzzi heating available year round for $20 to have water to 102 degrees, plus $10 per hour to maintain that temperature. Cost is determined by the amount of propane used, which you will have a remote to turn on spa and off.

We respect our neighbors and will not tolerate loud parties or events over occupancy limit. Must respect County Ordinance #847 regulating noise includes quiet hours between the hours of 10pm and 8am. Parking is limited to no more then 6 vehicles on premise.
- Pool heating will require an additional deposit, depending on the lenghth of stay. Pool heating not available in the colder months October thru February. Jacuzzi heating is available year round for an addional fee of approx $35 for 3 hours of use. Pool/jacuzzi heating cost is calculated by the amount of propane gas used to heat either pool or jacuzzi.
Guest & Occupancy Policy
To ensure a comfortable and well-managed stay, only registered guests are permitted on the property. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present valid ID at check-in. Overnight occupancy is limited to 12 guests. We’re happy to allow up to 4 daytime visitors between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM with prior notice.
This home is designed for relaxed getaways. Loud celebrations, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. These guidelines are enforced in accordance with local regulations (Riverside County Ordinance 927.2). Any violations may result in the termination of your stay, forfeiture of your security deposit, and/or additional fees.
Noise & Quiet Hours
We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of our neighbors and adhere to local noise regulations. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with outdoor noise kept to a minimum at all times.
For compliance and community respect, the property is equipped with noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only (no audio is recorded). This is in accordance with Riverside County Ordinance No. 847 for all vacation rental properties in the area. Excessive noise or violations of local ordinances may result in a $1,500 fee and possible early termination of your stay.
Pool & Spa Heating
Solar Pool heating is available April thru October (weather permitting). You can also heat pool using propane gas for an additional fee of $75-$150 per day, depending on outdoor temperature (March through October ONLY). Unfortunately, pool water is too cold to attempt heating in the colder months. Jacuzzi heating is available year round and costs about $20 to get the temperature to 100 degrees, and just $10 per hour to maintain that temperature. You will have full control of this, by using a remote to turn on & off the spa.
Pets
We welcome small, hypoallergenic pets under 20 lbs. with prior approval. A $75 fee per pet applies. We kindly ask that pets are well cared for during your stay, and any additional cleaning or damages may incur extra charges.
Parking
Parking is limited to a maximum of 6 vehicles, all of which must be parked on-site. Street parking and oversized vehicles are not permitted.
No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee, along with any additional costs required to restore the property. Smoking outside is permitted in designated areas.
Check-Out List
We have a basic Check-Out list that is posted inside the home. Please follow instructions to ensure a smooth check-out. Failure to follow house rules—including unauthorized guests, parties, noise violations, or smoking—may result in fines, loss of deposit, or immediate removal without refund.
