Our holiday home is located slightly above Heiligenblut at an elevation of 1,500 metres, behind the Haus Hohe Wand. You’ll enjoy a direct view of the “King of the Mountains,” the Großglockner, in the Hohe Tauern National Park. The house is a renovated farmhouse with a living area of approximately 290 m², well-suited for groups, large families, and multi-family households. The house is accessible year-round, but in winter you’ll need winter tyres and snow chains! We do not accept bachelor/hen nights, rural youth groups, wild party weekends, groups of young people who drink excessively, or similar gatherings! If your group even remotely fits this description, we ask that you book another accommodation—thank you very much for your understanding!!!



The holiday farm is equipped as follows: Ground floor: large entryway with coat rack; kitchen-diner with electric stove + oven, refrigerator, wood-burning stove, dishwasher, cooking and dining utensils, and seating; new, cosy farmhouse parlour with reclaimed wood, seating areas, and satellite TV; 1 bathroom; boiler room with ski boot dryer. Ground floor: entryway; 1 double room, 1 double room with a single sofa bed, 1 double room with a double bed and 2 single sofa beds—all 3 rooms are completely newly furnished and equipped with a toilet, shower, TV, and balcony. Second floor: 1 bathroom; 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub, and sink; 2 single rooms, 2 small double rooms (queen-size bed), 1 double room, and 1 triple room (double bed, single sofa bed), all (except for 1 single room) equipped with a sink; some rooms have a balcony.

Additionally: ski/trash/storage room; ample parking; large sun terrace and plenty of space around the house for children to play. You may bring your own bed linens and towels or rent them from us for a fee (please reserve in advance!). Upon departure, electricity charges based on usage (€0.50/kWh; € 200-400,--/Woche), and other utility costs must be paid in cash.

Upon request, a transfer to the ski lift or ski school and back can be arranged (taxi service available for a fee). You also have the option of getting fresh pastries for breakfast in the morning—please reserve in advance!

Our house is located about 2 kilometres above Heiligenblut in a very sunny and quiet spot with a direct view of the Großglockner. In winter, please be sure to bring snow chains! Experienced skiers can ski down when snow conditions permit; after a 15–20-minute walk, you’ll reach the valley run. By car, it takes 5–10 minutes to reach the valley station of the Großglockner Bergbahnen in the centre of Heiligenblut. You can enjoy lovely walks and hikes starting right from the house. In addition to skiing, there is also a lighted toboggan run, a small lighted ice rink, an indoor pool with a sauna and a children’s slide, ice climbing, horse-drawn sleigh rides in Apriach, snowshoeing, and more...
