Ground-floor apartment—55 square metres—at street level—wheelchair accessible with a south-facing terrace. You don’t have to go through the stairwell; instead, you can access the parking spaces directly from the garden. Large bathroom with shower and tub, grab bars, shower mat, and a shower stool suitable for people with disabilities! Living/bedroom with a double bed, adjustable slatted frame, high-quality mattresses, closet, clothes rack, 2 armchairs, table, flat-screen TV, and radio. Kitchen-living room with dining area, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils, oven, and stove. Sofa bed for an additional guest. Bath towels, hand towels, and tea towels provided. If needed, we’d be happy to provide a travel cot and high chair free of charge. You can also book breakfast upon request. If you’d like, we can serve breakfast in the apartment or on the patio. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, but is allowed on the patio or in the garden. Thank you very much! Please leave the apartment “swept clean” upon departure! A deposit of 40% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash upon arrival. Credit card payments are not accepted. * Check-in: from 1:00 PM until 10:00 PM at the latest * Check-out: by 10:00 AM * Keys will be handed over in person on-site. * Pets are “welcome,” but there is a daily fee of 12.00 EUR per day. * Breakfast, available as an optional add-on: per person per day: 14.00 EUR for adults; children ages 0–2 eat breakfast for free; children ages 3–6: 5.00 EUR; children ages 6–12: 8.00 EUR. Lage sehr schön, schöner gepflegter Garten mit Benutzungsmöglichkeit des Familienswimminpools.Aber: Für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht geeignet, die Bezeichnung behindertengerecht ist nicht gerechtfertigt.Zwar kann man über den Garten und die abgebildete Terrassentüre ohne Stufen in die Wohnung kommen, danach mußte aber zunächst einer der beiden schweren roten Polstersessel verschoben werden, damit der Rollator durchkam. Im sehr geräumigen Bad aus den 70 er Jahren ist allerdings nur eine 90 x 90 cm große Dusche mit 60 cm Einlaß und 20 cm Einstiegshöhe vorhanden. In der ganzen Wohnung liegen Teppiche - zwar gemütlich , aber für Gehbehinderte eine ständige Stolperquelle.In der Küche ist die beschriebene Spülmaschine nicht vorhanden. Außerdem ist sie sehr dunkel durch den engen Vorbau eines Gartenhauses. Es waren 20 verschiedene Kaffetassen vorhanden , dafür nur 3 Latte Macchiato Gläser, 3 Wassergläser, 3 Sektgläser , 2 Weizengläser und 1 Weinglas. Auch auf Nachfrage bekamen wir kein 2. Weinglas. Wäre die schöne Lage mit Garten nicht gewesen, wäre die Wohnung ein richtiger Reinfall gewesen.

Sehr schönes Apartment

Wir wurden von den Gastgebern sehr herzlich empfangen. Auch unser Hund hat sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben auch das sehr gute Frühstück genossen. Das Haus ist in einer sehr ruhigen Lage, alles ist aber Fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Behindertengerecht??????

Die Ferienwohnung ist als behindertengerecht ausgeschrieben. Das Haus liegt am steilen Hang. Die Wohnung liegt nicht im Erdgeschoss an der Eingangsseite, sondern im Untergeschoss auf der Gartenseite, fast ein Geschoss tiefer. Der Zugang erfolgt entweder durch ein Treppenhaus mit einem Höhenunterschied von ungefähr einem Geschoss oder über einen steilen, schmalen z.T. gepflasterten, z.T. mit Trittsteinen belegten Zugang über die Terrasse. Wir waren Ende Nov. 24 da, das Wetter war schlecht, die Grasflächen aufgeweicht und die Terrassenfläche rutschig. Ich sitze im Rollstuhl und gehe wenige Meter mit Krücke. Der Zugang war absolut schlecht.Geräumiges Bad und kleine Küche mit Zusatzbett haben Fenster, die mit einem Durchgangsabstand direkt auf ein Nebengebäude schauen und damit dunkel sind.Der Aufenthaltsraum mit Doppelbett (bequem und gut), Nachttischen, beinhaltet auch einen großen Schlafzimmerschrank und 2 schwere Sessel mit Couchtisch am Fußende des Bettes, der Fernseher ist noch in die Wandecke geklemmt. Der Raum ist damit, bis auf einen Durchgang von der Terrassentür an einer Bettseite vorbei zum Flur, extrem eng zugestellt.Der Zugang über die Terrassentür erfolgt über eine Türschwelle (behindertengerecht!), der Einstieg in die Dusche über eine hohe Stufe ohne geeignete Haltegriffe!Der Blick aus dem Raum in die weite Landschaft ist schön. Die kleine, sonnige Terrasse ist sympathisch, der Nachbar bald nebendran. Die Gartenebene ist gepflegt.

Kurzaufenthalt

Wir waren mit der Wohnung und dem schönen Umfeld, der Lage und der Aussicht sehr angetan. Die überaus freundliche Begrüßung mit den umfassenden Informationen zum Aufenthalt durch den Vermieter hat uns gut gefallen. Ein Dank auch für das überaus vielseitige und gute Frühstück. Wir bedauerten sehr dass wir aus persönlichen Gründen vorzeitig Abreisen mussten.
