Lora Holiday Home – Haffkrug

With a spacious 115 m² spread over three floors, this holiday home offers the perfect setting for a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday. Its quiet location makes it an ideal retreat for families or groups of up to six people. Yet the beach and town centre are just a short walk away—perfect for relaxing holiday days with everything close at hand.

Location

The townhouse is located in a quiet residential area of Haffkrug. The beach is about a 6-minute walk away, and the centre of Haffkrug is approximately 700 metres away.

Living Space

Spread across three floors, the holiday home offers plenty of space for relaxation and spending time together. The centrepiece is the spacious living area on the ground floor, featuring a dining area and a cosy sitting area, from which you have direct access to the patio and the well-maintained garden. This floor is complemented by a separate, fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom with a washing machine.
The ground floor features the bedrooms with comfortable double beds (1.80 m wide) as well as two bathrooms—one with a shower/tub combination, the other with a large shower. The attic delights with a lovingly furnished children’s room, including a bunk bed (each bed 0.90 m wide) and a play area.

Entertainment

A flat-screen TV in the living room provides entertainment for the whole family in the evenings. Board games invite you to enjoy a game night together. A radio and free Wi-Fi access are also available.

Design & Style

The Lora holiday home is decorated in a warm and cosy style. Fresh shades of green and the neutral design give it a special and unique character.

Immer wieder gerne

Im Haus Lora in Haffkrug haben wir erneut eine wunderbare Ferienwoche verbracht. Unsere sechsköpfige Familie war hier wie immer sehr komfortabel untergebracht. Über die Jahre wurde das Haus mit viel Liebe modernisiert: neue Böden, ein geschmackvoll eingerichteter Essbereich, eine elektrische Markise und viele weitere Details, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen. Alles ist ausgesprochen sauber, gepflegt und wirkt sehr einladend. Die Lage ist ideal – nur etwa 400 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Unser Auto blieb die ganze Woche über entspannt auf dem hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen. Die Kinder kennen den Weg zum Strand inzwischen schon am zweiten Urlaubstag auswendig und genießen die kleine Freiheit sehr. Am freundlichen Strandkorbverleih fühlen sie sich pudelwohl, können nach Herzenslust baden und spielen. Der DLRG-Turm ist in Sichtweite und durchgehend besetzt, was uns als Eltern ein gutes Gefühl gibt. Wir kommen immer wieder gern hierher – das Haus Lora ist für uns ein echter Wohlfühlort geworden.

Es handelt sich um ein großes, gut eingerichtetes Haus mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern, einer Gästetoilette und einem kleinen Garten mit Terrasse. Zur Terrasse gehören ein Tisch, 6 Stühle und eine Liege. Wir baten um eine weitere Liege, die gleich am nächsten Tag vom Eigentümer angeliefert wurde. Danke dafür. Verbessert und ausgetauscht werden könnten die sehr flachen Matratzen im 2. Schlafraum, auch sollte der Kühlschrank ein Gefrierfach haben. Bis auf diese beiden Punkte waren wir rundum zufrieden und können dieses Haus empfehlen.

Urlaub zum Jahreswechsel

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist nicht weit von Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeit entfernt und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Gerne würden wir wieder kommen.

Hausbeurteilung

Das Objekt ist reichlich in die Jahre gekommen, fängt im Wohnzimmer an, zusammengestellte Sofas, billige Stühle, die kleben auf der Sitzfläche, die Gartenmöbel billige Ware und für 7 Personen der Tisch zu klein. Ebenso der Sonnenschirm klein und nicht zu benutzen, Schirmständer kaputt.Der Garten lieblos. Die Beleuchtungen in beiden Badezimmern viel zu dunkel, die Toietten sind in die Jahre gekommen und müssten,meiner Meinung nach, erneuert werden, kein guter Anblick. Die oberen Schlafräume sind ok, Ikea Ware, aber nett aussehend, die Dachgeschosszimmer, ein fach, aber ausreichend. Fazit für dieses Objekt: Eindeutig zu teuer, deshalb war der Urlaub etwas betrübt, zu Hause hat man es hübscher und gemütlicher. Der Eigentümer soll mal links zum Nachbarn sehen, tolle Gartenmöbel und ausreichend für 7 Personen. Haus Lora.....nie wieder
