Awesome, definitely booking this unit in the future. Very close to downtown and offers gated parking. Owner was very attentive and made the process easy.

The gate code didn’t work so I couldn’t get in or out of the gate without someone else coming in or out that had a gate opener. There a couple massive spiders and I think one bit me on my toe while I was sleeping.

While the host was easy to work with, the apartment was not cleaned very well, trash still in bedroom trash cans, linens still wet in the washing machine. The table in the kitchen is not level and wobbles when two people try to eat at it. One of the beds is so shaky it makes you uneasy to move on it. And bedroom fans drop dust balls when turned on. The owner did offer to come midstay to look at the bed to their credit. The front door does not close, and takes a good pull or push to get it closed with each entry/exit. You are only able to park in secure lot if the person before you leaves the key. We had to park on street for our entire stay.

Cute and well-appointed property with all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was not quite what we expected, but it did not significantly impact our experience. Upon arrival, we noticed a few cleanliness issues, though nothing major. The beds were neatly made, and the dedicated getting-ready stations were a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Our primary concern was the number of spiders present throughout the property, which required frequent attention during our stay. Overall it is most definitely a place we would consider staying again.
