The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area, about 900 m from the beach and the town centre.

It is equipped to accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. It offers everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday, including 2 separate bedrooms, 2 TVs, 2 bathrooms with showers, a dishwasher, and much more. You are, of course, welcome to make full use of the garden and enjoy a barbecue. For short outings, 2 bicycles and 1 children’s bike are available. The house also has a washing machine. You can park your car at the house.

We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing beach walks or bike rides.

This 90-square-meter holiday home in Timmendorfer Strand has been completely renovated and refurbished and is furnished to accommodate
4 adults and 2 children.

Prices are based on a 4-person occupancy; each additional person is charged an extra 10.00 €.

You’ll find a cosy living room with a TV and stereo system, as well as a spacious dining area that invites you to relax. The owners have done a wonderful job of combining old and new elements, preserving the charm and character of the house.

The adjacent kitchen has everything you need, from a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer to a dishwasher. From these rooms, you have a wonderful view and direct access to the large, enclosed garden, which features a lovely sun terrace.

One of the two separate bedrooms is located in the basement and is very stylishly furnished with a double bed and a closet. Adjacent to it, you’ll find a comfortable shower room.
In the hallway, there is a cosy sofa bed available for two additional guests.

Upstairs, you’ll find the second, separate bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining open walk-in closet, as well as another TV. This is also where the second, modern shower room is located.

In the garden shed, you’ll find 2 bicycles and 1 children’s bike available for free use (these are not included in the rental agreement).

There is no direct driveway to the property and therefore no designated parking spot. However, you can park your vehicle a few metres away on a public parking strip.
Wi-Fi is available (no refunds or compensation will be provided in the event of disruptions or outages).
This is a non-smoking property.
One dog is permitted upon request.
