Enjoy a getaway by the sea in this charming, freshly and modernly renovated 52-square-meter, 3-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand.
The apartment is modern, stylish, and furnished to accommodate up to 4 people.

You’ll find a cosy living room with a sofa corner, a flat-screen TV (including an iPod TV docking station), a Blu-ray player, and a radio.
The integrated open-concept high-gloss kitchen-dining area is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker, a microwave, a dining area for 4 people, a high chair, and much more. The south-facing terrace is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee and sunbathing (unfortunately, use of the lawn is not permitted).

The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m with separate mattresses), a wardrobe, two dressers, and a flat-screen TV. The second, smaller bedroom is furnished with a chest of drawers and another comfortable double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m). Both bedrooms have insect screens.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and a clothes drying rack are also available in the apartment.

For children, you’ll find a travel cot with an extra mattress, a high chair, and a step stool for washing hands.

There is no bicycle storage area at this property.

A parking space is reserved for you in the underground garage (entry height 1.97 m).
