Cozy Vacation Home with a Small Fenced-In Garden and a Large Terrace

A very cosy holiday home in Freyung with a small fenced-in garden and a large patio. Over 180 square metres of living space will ensure you have an unforgettable holiday. The house has two floors: a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor, you’ll find an entryway with a coat closet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that seats up to 6 people. There’s also a large sun terrace with a beautiful, unobstructed view of the Bavarian Forest mountains, featuring an inflatable, heated (40°C) hot tub, lounge furniture, a parasol, and lounge chairs. There is also a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove and access to the fully fenced-in garden, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. (Tea towels are provided) and a complete set of dishes. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms (one of which has a balcony), each with a double bed; a bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet; a washing machine and dryer; and a wellness room with an infrared cabin and two loungers. Outside, you’ll also find a garden grill (charcoal provided). Bedding, towels, free Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning are included in the price. There is also a storage room for skis and winter clothing. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are provided via a key code, which will be sent to you in advance by email. Pets are allowed (5 EUR per night per pet) A cot can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax of 3.00 EUR per person (ages 16 and up) per night and 1.50 EUR per person (ages 6 and up) per night will be charged on site.
