Vacation Apartment (45 m²) for 2 People with a Terrace and BBQ Area

Apartment B, located in the basement, has approximately 45 square metres of living space and can accommodate 2 people. It consists of a lovely living and dining area, as well as a sofa bed that sleeps one person. There is also a fully equipped kitchenette. A coffee maker, refrigerator, oven, and table and kitchen linens are available for use. Apartment B features a double bedroom with an additional single bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The holiday rental is particularly comfortable thanks to its direct, ground-level access to the covered terrace with a barbecue area. A bicycle storage area is available upon request. Electricity, bed linens, tea towels, and bath towels, as well as Wi-Fi, are included in the price. Payment is due in cash upon arrival or in advance via bank transfer. A deposit of 100 euros may be charged immediately after booking. Pets are allowed upon request (for a fee of 20.00 euros per pet per stay). A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request. Check-in is available starting at 2:00 p.m. Keys are handed over in person on-site or contactlessly. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. A bicycle storage area is available upon request.
