Welcome to Apartment 30 in Building 3 of the "Vier Jahreszeiten"!<br><br>This family-friendly 3-room apartment on the 2nd floor features two separate bedrooms in addition to the living room. Because the apartment is located in a corner, both bedrooms have north-west-facing windows.<br>The first bedroom features a bunk bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a four-door wardrobe with a clothes rod, drawers, and shelves. Here, holidaymakers of all ages will find plenty of space to store the contents of their suitcases.<br>The second bedroom features a large double bed (2×90×200 cm) and two nightstands. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains to ensure an undisturbed night’s sleep.<br>The compact kitchen is located in the hallway leading to the living room. A dishwasher, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, microwave, and two-burner stove allow you to prepare your own meals.<br><br>The small bathroom is equipped with everything you need, including a shower with a fixed shower screen, a toilet, a sink with an illuminated mirror cabinet, a hair dryer, and a stool for the little ones.<br><br>In the bright living room with its large picture window, you can do more than just enjoy your meals together. The dining table for four is also perfect for fun game nights and planning your upcoming holiday days. A high chair is available for the youngest guests. You can spend cosy time together on the comfortable, pull-out L-shaped sofa. A TV, DVD player, books, and games are available to keep you entertained as needed. <br>From the living room, you can access the furnished east-facing balcony with its cosy hardwood floor: Here, you can enjoy your first cup of coffee perfectly while basking in the morning sun and taking in a side view of the sea.<br>A pull-out wall-mounted clothes rack is perfect for hanging up wet swimwear and towels.<br><br>Great location for your family holiday:<br>The fine-sand beach—supervised by the DLRG—and the new promenade in front of it are just a few metres away. <br>You can reach the “Children’s Island” and the playgrounds at the pier forecourt and the pier without having to cross any streets.<br><br>***Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here. If you smoke on the balcony, please make sure the smoke doesn’t drift into the apartment***<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The “Vier Jahreszeiten” holiday complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These buildings house 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square metres.<br>The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cosy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade. <br>In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 lifts and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex. <br>A large car park with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.<br><br>The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the complex’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.
