This was hands down the most incredible place I’ve ever stayed. Perfect for our casual weekend with 30 friends/family. NEVER ran out of room, seating, or things to do. “WOW” is the only word I have really.

Best weekend EVER

The best weekend ever!! We used this property for a small wedding ceremony and reception and it was PERFECTION! Having everyone with us all weekend made it that much more special. Rose really thought of every single detail! By far the best vacation home any of the guest have ever stayed in!

Outstanding!

This house is absolutely gorgeous, immaculate, spacious, and FUN!!! My husband and I took full advantage of the pool, hot tub, and sauna every night!! We even snuck in two hours of pickle ball before settling in to watch some post season baseball in the awesome theater room…. As always the cookies and coffee bar are a great touch! Special note to all you future renters: take the time to look for the bedroom with the kitchenette… worth the effort!

The house was beautiful and suited our group’s needs perfectly. It was great to have all sleeping arrangements in one house and the recreation activities in the other facility. All the finishing touches were top notch. Lots of sturdy outside furniture for the entire group. Rose was very welcoming from the beginning, she’s great to work with :)

This is an amazing place to stay. Everyone in our group really enjoyed this home and rec barn. There’s a lot to do here. The rec barn is a great place to hang out between the pool, gym and the kitchen area with lots of seating. We actually cooked over there more than the main house. The entire property is really nice. We will definitely stay here again.

It was very clean and well thought out set up. We had a big family gathering and there were plenty of activities for all age groups and everyone loved staying here. Everything about the listing was very easy to follow and host took great care of us.

We reserved the location of an offsite meeting for a lead team of seven. It was excellent in every, single way. The only problem was that we did not have enough time to enjoy all that the property had to offer! We met and worked too much! Super easy booking... very personable service throughout booking, the stay, and follow-up. Rose was amazing!!! Absolutely perfect for offsite meetings, family gatherings, family reunions, small groups of any ages! Again, I cannot say enough about the property. We will definitely consider booking again for our teams and for our families.

The Best Weekend

Our stay made for an unforgettable weekend! The moment we drove up to the house our jaws were on the floor. Stepping inside this house was truly amazing. It was spotless and smelled great - I've never stayed at a place so clean! You could tell the amount of thought that went into building this house...they thought of everything! There was plenty to do that we never left the house. The beds were so comfortable, we actually ended up ordering the bedding that was used:) The pool and gym were such a bonus and great for the kids (and adults). The thoughtfulness of the little things that were sprinkled throughout the home for guests was so memorable. We are already looking to plan another visit next year!!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I almost want to keep this place a secret so we can book it again, but it’s too good not to share! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed! Beautiful curb appeal, plenty of parking, a welcoming porch with rocking chairs, and gorgeous fall decor inside. Everything was spotless and spacious! Our group of 28 had plenty of room for meals, games, and activities. The attention to detail was INCREDIBLE! Sound machines, comfortable bedding, plenty of towels, extra toiletries, and a kitchen stocked with everything imaginable, including FOUR crockpots and Kitchen Aid! The Commons exceeded expectations with a beautiful indoor pool, gym, and additional kitchen. We loved the stocked beverage fridge, coffee and tea selections, hot tub, sauna, air hockey, and huge fire pit! The property had beautiful sunrise and sunset views, and we enjoyed hiking at Southside Community Park. Walmart was about 10 minutes away for groceries runs. Rose was an AMAZING host, always quick and kind in her communication.Everything exceeded our expectations! We would 100% stay again and hope to return!

We simply cannot say enough wonderful things about this property! We used it for a retreat with 34 women, and it was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end.The quality of the home was outstanding, and the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing and enjoying time together. The refrigerator was incredibly well stocked, and having plenty of utensils, plates, cups, and everything we could possibly need made hosting a large group so easy. The coffee bar was an especially wonderful touch and quickly became a favorite gathering spot! The property itself was beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. It truly felt like every detail had been considered to make our stay enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this property without hesitation. And we cannot say enough about Rose, the property owner. She was amazing—responsive, helpful, and always available to answer our questions. Her hospitality made an already wonderful experience even better. If we could scream it from the mountaintops, we would: this property was simply wonderful! We are so grateful for the memories we made here and cannot wait to come back.

The BEST Family Vacation!

Our stay at Yorkview was absolutely perfect. If you've stayed with Rose before, you know that is to be expected :) My family loved touring all of the uniquely themed bedrooms before making their choices. The indoor pool was a hit, as was the gymnasium. We loved that the gymnasium provided all of the equipment for pickleball, basketball, volleyball, dodgeball, and more (and it was hilarious watching the adults play a serious game of dodgeball). Of course, all the teens loved the downstairs game room. Movie night in the theater room was also a hit. There was so much to do that we actually forgot to use the sauna, if you can believe it! My family always comments that no matter what you need, Rose has already thought of it. Forgot your toothbrush? - There were some in the closet. Spill something on your new dress (yes, that was me) - There were Tide to Go wipes by the washer. Forgot spices? - Yep, the spice cabinet is fully stocked. Reminiscing about using the big parachute during elementary class? - Yep, there's a parachute in the gymnasium LOL. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
