Cole(James) and Julie were born and raised in the Cody area. We have a ranch between Cody and Powell that we call home. Hosting is a new venture for us. We enjoy meeting new people and sharing our brand new built home.

Why they chose this property

This was Cole’s dad’s dream. He passed away in 2023 before he could even finish the house. Cole finished the house himself the spring of 2026. The neighborhood has great neighbors. They are far enough away you don’t realize they are there.

What makes this property unique

Our house is far enough from Cody to be secluded but yet close enough to enjoy Cody’s activities.
