Die Küche war in einem verschmutztem Zustand. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkochen und Kapselmaschine waren verschmutzt und verkalkt. Der Toaster war verbrannt und verrostet. Der Herd war verschmutzt, das Backblech war eingebrannt und Essensrestevorhanden. Die Dunstabzugshaube und das Cerankochfeld waren ebenfalls verschmutzt.Die restlichen Räume war okay.Der sogenannte Naturgarten war aufgrund von kniehohem Grasbewuchs nicht begehbar.Die Gartenmöbel waren verdreckt. Bauschutt in Eimern und aufgetürmte Pflastersteinehaben eine Nutzung nicht möglich gemacht.Verwundert waren wir bei der Ankunft, dass wir die OG-Wohnung Nollendorfstr. 7 zugewiesen bekommen haben, anstatt wie auf unserer Buchungsbestätigungdie OG-Wohnung Nollendorfstr. 5 ausgewiesen war.Bei einem Telefonat mit Frau Poths teilte sie uns mit, dass die Kapselmaschine mal entkalkt werden müsste, und der Garten ein Naturgarten sei.Nachdem sie uns eine gute Heimreise gewünscht hatte, wurde das Gespräch beendet.

Sehr geehrter Gast. Sehr gerne nehmen wir uns Verbesserungsvorschlägen und konstruktiver Kritik an. Ab und zu kann man aber leider nur noch mit dem Kopf schütteln. Der Toaster und Backofen weisen völlig normale Gebrauchsspuren auf. Das bleibt nicht aus. Verrostet ist hier nichts. Dass der Garten aufgrund von Bauschutt nicht benutzbar sei, ist eine Unterstellung. An dieser Stelle weisen wir darauf hin, dass bewusste Falschbehauptungen in einer öffentlichen Bewertung rechtliche Konsequenzen nach sich ziehen können. Ihre Ausführungen bzgl der Hausnummer können wir nicht folgen. Vielleicht würde es hier helfen, die Buchungsunterlagen genauer zu studieren. Das Gespräch wurde beendet, da eine respektvolle Kommunikation nicht möglich war. Für kleines Geld bekommt man bei uns eine frisch renovierte Ferienwohnung mit neuem Bad, Spülmaschine, schnellem internet, frischer Bettwäsche, voll ausgestatteter Küche und in der Regel einem eigenen Parkplatz. Für alles weitere würden wir ihnen höflich, aber bestimmt ein Hotel gehobener Klasse empfehlen. Mit besten Grüßen. Ferienwohnung Heimaterde.
