• Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am. Excessive noise can result in immediate eviction without refund. Please be respectful to our neighbors.
• Garage Key: If you lose the garage key, there is a $100 fee to replace the key.
• Maximum overnight occupancy is limited to 7. All guests names must be listed in the pre-arrival form prior to your stay. Any unauthorized guests will have an additional charge of $250 per guest, per night, and will be evicted.
